Dear students and parents, joining online courses on the Grigo educational platform is simple and intuitive. To ensure you have an optimal learning experience, we have prepared this short guide that explains exactly how to connect to live lessons and where to find your homework assignments.

Step 1: Logging into the Platform Correctly

To participate in a lesson or view assignments, it is essential that the login is done from the student's account, not the parent's account. Lessons and materials are allocated exclusively to the student's profile.

1. Go to the main page and click the Login button.
2. Enter the student's Nickname or Email.
3. Enter the password.
4. Click the green Login button.

Step 2: How to Access Live Lessons (Online Meetings)

Once logged into your account, joining the virtual meeting with the teacher takes just a few seconds:

1. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner.
2. From the drop-down menu, select the My Courses section. Here you will see all the courses the student is enrolled in.
3. Click on the desired course.
4. The course page will open. Click on the scheduled lesson.
5. On the lesson page, in the center, you will find a green "Join Meeting" button. Click it to connect.

Important note: If the green "Join Meeting" button is not visible, it means the teacher has not started the session yet. Please wait a few moments and refresh the page.

Essential Permissions for Camera and Microphone

When you join an online lesson for the first time, your browser will request access to your camera and microphone. It is mandatory to click "Allow" / "Permite". Without these permissions, the teacher and classmates will not be able to see or hear the student during the class.

Completing homework is an essential part of the learning process. On the Grigo platform, these are very easy to find. As a reminder, homework can be accessed using two simple methods:

• From the lesson page: Navigate to My Courses → open the course → select the lesson. At the bottom of the lesson page, click on the "Homework" button to view the textbook requirements and submit your assignments.
• From the quick menu: Additionally, all assignments can be found centrally directly from the student's account by accessing the "My Homework" section from the main profile menu.
